  beautiful trip to the Walderalm in the TyroI, with IWS Austria.I did this plein air painting with the impressive mountains in the background on the first day during the 1st  IWS Alpine Watercolor Challenge beginning of June.   The western part of the Brandenberger Alps is called the Rofan mountain range. It is also called „Rofan“ for short and is located entirely in Tyrol. A wonderful plein air week  in the „Karwendel Region“ with IWS Austria

• Ötscher Nature Park

  

  This view shows Creek „Lassing“ in the back there is the Ötscher Mountain. There was this illuminous sunspot which caught my eyes. Diese Ansicht zeigt im Vordergrund den Lassingbach und im Hintergrund den Ötscher. Die Sonne kam für einen Moment durch die Wolkendecke und erzeugte diese beeindruckende Ansicht.
